Is this program for new managers only?

No. While we’ve got specialized modules for new managers, the programs are designed for leaders at all levels—from first-time team leads to senior directors. Everyone’s learning different things at different paces.

How much time do I need to commit?

Most modules take 2-4 hours to work through. You pick when. Plus monthly group sessions are 90 minutes. So it’s flexible enough to fit around your actual job.

Can I do this as a team?

Yes. We offer team cohorts where you learn together and can apply concepts within your actual team. That’s often more powerful than going solo. Talk to us about custom options.

What if I’m based outside Malaysia?

We’re online, so location doesn’t matter. Most of our cohorts are mixed—people from KL, Penang, Johor, and beyond. Group sessions are scheduled to work across time zones.

Do you offer certificates?

We do. Once you complete your program modules and attend the required sessions, you’ll get a certificate. It’s not about credentials though—it’s about the skills you actually develop.
